PAYMENT & INSURANCE
We are not on any restricted provider lists. However, if you have insurance we will gladly submit your claim on your behalf, and you will be responsible for the difference insurance doesn't pay.

Our freedom from being "in-network" allows our dental treatment to remain affordable and efficient, for patients with and without insurance.

No insurance? It may be beneficial to look into our in-house benefit plan as this can save you hundreds of dollars throughout the year.

We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks.
Payment is expected at the time of service.

We do our best to keep our fees low, while never compromising on our materials, equipment or laboratories. If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding payment or fees please talk with Dr. Baker or a staff member. We aim to be as transparent and understanding as possible in every aspect of our office.
